Dallas Rhodes
Director
Dallas has over 30 years experience in the property industry. From 1984 to 1990 he worked as an agent gaining experience in the property management and investment sectors. In April 1990 he established his first Asset Management Company providing a bespoke service managing the property interests of retained clients. In addition he now holds executive positions in a number of Investment and Development vehicles, specialising in projects across the commercial, leisure and residential sectors. He has been involved in multi-million pound transactions both as principal and as agent for Institutional clients, private property companies and major retailers. Dallas enjoys walking his dog, playing a bit of golf and watching too much rugby.

Campbell Docherty
Director
A former Senior Director at CBRE UK Capital Markets and Head of Capital Markets Scotland at GVA Grimley, Campbell has over 20 years experience advising UK & Overseas Institutions, Private Equity Groups, UK banks, high net worth investors and family trusts. During that time, he acted on behalf of clients with a completed transaction value exceeding £1.5bn. He enjoys spending quality outdoor time with his young family and is a keen golfer, rugby enthusiast and avid cyclist.

Angus Macleod
Development Consultant
Angus MacLeod is an experienced construction professional with over 24 years in the construction environment and an in-depth knowledge of building methods. He has a successful track record of general safety, commercial and financial management of projects and business units to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
A Civil Engineer by profession, Angus initially worked on large scale construction projects throughout the UK before moving into the volume house building industry in 1999 when he became the Construction Director of Barratt Homes in Scotland. From there he moved to Gladedale Group in 2001 and over the next 9 years held several Managing Director roles within the group including Manor Kingdom and Bett East Scotland.
In 2010 Angus set up his own company dealing in distressed property assets. Since April 2015 he has worked with Davaar Property Group and Strathcarron Homes coordinating their leisure and residential developments.
